This is the print "Spring rain at Arakawa", originally from 1932, in the Doi catalogue No. LA-08. Many Doi prints without publisher and printer/carver seals reached the market in the past years, such prints are most probably made in the 80/90s. They are not fakes, their value is approx. the same as recent reprints.
