It is a little difficult to be certain from your scan but I suspect the censor seal to be 'Fu' which would indicate a date 1843-5. The colours make me suspect that this is a twentieth century woodblock recut.
C.Vignier and H.Inada co-authored a set of six catalogues of important Japanese print exhibitions shown 1909-14 at the Musee des Arts Decoratifs in Paris. That relating to Hiroshige being the sixth (1914)
