This print was cut to margins and the only time I've seen this yellow fan title background the seals were in the borders on the left.I was told it reads Eight Views of Omi but can't find the series anywhere to match. I've seen this central figure in a tri-pitch that is Ando and the only other I've seen attributes it to him as well but with a date of 1840. That is too early for a vertical view I'm told. I would love to find this series on the net so I could compare it. It would be nice to know if it Hiroshige I or II and about when it was done. Last year someone said they had seen it in Hattori auction, April 96,that would attribute it to Hiroshige II but I can't find it. Any ideas on this? Thanks
