Hello, i have read the interesting explications of Gerry Adams and Marc Kahn about creped-print-sizes. I also have two of such prints, but what is the reason for theese prints. Are they made for joke ore are there also artistic sheets? Are they meaned to put them in water for to see how they are growing then ? And how is the crepe effect made ? I think one have shrinked them by adapting with a textured roll. And please , maybee someone can give me explications about blue-prints. I heared that they must be made after order from the shogunat to spare costs. In what years was that ? I think later, when the order was forgotten, they made prints in this manner as a speciality.
