While i am not specifically interested in Japanese prints, I am interested in the fugitive nature of aigami and beni. I am interested in using these pigments for a ninteenth century photogragraphic process called aa ananthotype which exploites the fugitige nature of organic pigments, using exposures of several weeks to produce contact prints from positive transparencies. It is off the topic, but I would greatly appreciate any feedback. Are there any papers or mordants that would increase the fading properties of these pigments through lengthy exposure to u.v. light. Thank you in advance for any help given. I will give feedback if anyone is interested
