One alternate approach is to use the fairly comprehensive listing in Merritt and Yamada (Guide to Modern Japanese Woodblock Prints), supplemented by any number of other books etc. which depict and/or discuss Hasui's prints.
This method can be inefficient, and its usefulness depends on what you seek - critical discussion, confirmation of titles and dates, pursuing a series, verifying states, editions and seals, etc. etc.
