If your print is "valuable", I would go with a restorer. If, however, the print is not "valuable" how about trying placing the print between two acid-free papers and putting weights (I'm thinking about two large books, (books larger than the print) on top? Wait a few days and see if the print flattens out. I'm sure the experts have reasons for not doing this-if so, let's hear them. If not-go for it!
