Kendall H. Brown: Between Two Worlds: The Life and Art of Lilian May Miller (Pacific Asia Museum, 1999; ISBN 1-877921-15-7). [Note that she used only one "L" in her first name.] You can probably find it online at book dealers or at the museum (also online).
