Help ID a Hokusai? Image posted.

I recently obtained this print, and from what I can acertain it appears to be a Hokusai book plate diptych. If there are any experts out there who can confirm, deny or otherwise cast some light on the subject, I'd appreciate it. Thanks much everyone.
