Seal on a Kitao Masayoshi print

Hi! I have this curious print that I picked up on eBay. It looks interesting. It seems to be signed Kitao Masayoshi, as far as I can decipher the signature, but it doesn't look like anything that I have seen done by him. It may be a caricature on things cultural Japanese that is way beyond me. What with the animals doing the "people" things, it looks like a humorous dance macabre. Could it be a pun on the Choju Giga Animal Scrolls?

It also has a curious shape, being presented within a round frame (which someone has cut out).
Is anybody familiar with what I have here? What this represents? I have tried to identify what I suppose is the publisher seal below the signature, but can't seem to find it even among the publishers known for doing reprints.
