: The artist is Shoson (the later artistic name of Ohara Koson, 1877-1945, who used the Shoson signature starting circa 1926). The red seal also reads 'Shoson'. The subject is the descending flight of five small egrets. The original publisher was Watanabe, although I do not know whether your impression is an early one or a later restrike.
