That's a very nice web site on Shotei. I think the page on variants in Shotei's prints is particularly interesting. I like Shotei's prints and have noticed quite a few variations in some of his prints and was wondering why that was. Even the some of the most reputable dealers have passed the variants off as Shotei's work. I'd like to see more information regarding this subject. I wonder if the same is true, perhpas to a lesser degree, for some other Shin Hanga printers like Tsuchiya Koitsu.
