I have a print by Tsukimaro showing a boy with two blooming twigs on his shoulder and 2 women standing behind him (servants?).
The title consists of 8 characters, which I could identify with the help of my newly acquired dictionary, but I cannot get any sense out of it.
The 8 characters are:
(1) bu, mu (takeshi = brave)
(2) zo, so (kura = store-room)
(3) ya (no = land, field)
(4) sho (chi, ko, o = small)
(5) kin, kon (kane = metal, gold)
(6) sei, sho (i = fountain)
(7) no
(8) kyo (hashi = bridge)
The only combination of characters I could find was (4)+(5): kogane = small sum.
Can anyone tell me the meaning of the title?
Thank you,
