One reference to consider is Richard Lane's
Images From The Floating World: The Japanese Print
which includes an Illustrated Dictionary of Ukiyo-e
at the end of the book. Although the images are
small and in black and white, it includes all 55
prints from the 53 Stations of the Tokaido,
all 70 prints from the 69 Stations of the Kiso
Highway, all 119 images from 100 Famous Views of
Edo, all 8 images from 8 Views of Lake Biwa, and
selected images from other major print series.
The book may not still be in print, but copies
are relatively easy to come by at an affordable
price.

"Hiroshige: One Hundred Famous Views of Edo",
with essays and commentaries on the plated by
Henry D. Smith II illustrates the complete series
owned by the Brooklyn Musuem in color and in
almost actual size. The prints are not always the
best available images, but one can't have
everything. This book is also out of print, and
a little more scarce and more expensive than the
Lane book.

I suspect that one or more of the major
references on Hiroshige will contain all the images
to one or more of the major print series, but they
tend to be very expensive. There are probably
several books in Japanese or Japanese exhibition
catalogues which will also cover one or more of
the print series in detail. There are a couple of
books/catalogues in English which I know cover the
Tokaido Stations series, but they have been out of
print for many a year and I have never seen them.
