I recently purchased a print signed Kiyonaga. It appears identical to the left side of a diptych reproduced in the Masterworks of Ukiyoe series, from Kiyonaga's "Twelve Months in the South" series. The sheet is about chuban size (approx 8x11) however the text lists the print as an oban diptych. The print appears old and is a good to very good impression. I am not looking for an appraisal of this print. I am interested in finding out if it is genuine. I would be thankful for any ideas.
